Persian Limes add zest to this Gin but with aromatic and earthy notes.
 
On the nose, this Gin is Juniper forward, on the palate, there is a light fruity flavour from the botanicals.
 
The finish is where this Gin comes into its own - the earthy and aromatic Persian Limes combine with the Chamomile to give an opulent, deep and rich finish.
